NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) has developed and published a consultation paper containing 10 proposals outlining how a rating tool would measure, verify and compare embodied emissions in new buildings and major refurbishments, in their effort to reduce embodied emissions in Australia’s commercial building stock, and are seeking feedback via an online survey. What a fantastic year 2022 has been for the Perth Chapter of the Asset Management Council. It was great to see so many of you down at the end of year event last Wednesday night. We appreciated the opportunity to discuss some of the Perth Chapter highlights from 2022 and some of the things we have to look forward to in 2023. Thanks to all the the Perth Chapter membership for your support and the Perth Committee Members for all your hard work over the last year. Special thanks to Robert Musca for organising this event and finding such a great venue at The Shoe Bar and Cafe in Yagan Square.
