During the Maintenance & Reliability in Asset Management Symposium held in Sydney this August, the Asset Management Council’s 2025 Research Scholarship recipient, Kevin Hang, met with National Chair, Toby Horstead, to discuss his innovative research in climate-resilient infrastructure.
Kevin’s research focuses on how AI-augmented machine learning and dynamic probabilistic cost-benefit analysis can support climate-resilient transport asset management, particularly during extreme wet seasons. His work aims to deliver new insights to help infrastructure managers make informed, data-driven decisions in the face of increasing climate variability.
The Asset Management Council proudly supports research that advances the science and practice of asset management, building a more sustainable and resilient future for communities worldwide.
