The new AMC National Chair, Glenn Ingram will present the 2014/15 vision of the Asset Management Council.
Operational Excellence at Santos GLNG -David Ross
The Santos GLNG Project is a US$18.5 billion pioneering venture to convert coal seam natural gas to liquefied natural gas for export to global markets. In this session, David will share Santos’ business overview and operational approach, as well as how it strives to be a high reliability organisation. He will also highlight the use of technology for fully integrated operations and why this is critical for success.
Maintenance & Inspection Programme Development -David Heavey
Petrofac’s Plant Asset Management consultancy group provides Asset Performance Management encompassing full programme development from strategy development through to design, planning, implementation and on-going sustainability across the full life cycle of any asset. This presentation will outline Plant Asset Management’s approach to Maintenance and Inspection Programme Development and the benefits of using generic maintenance strategies in Greenfield and Brownfield maintenance strategy reviews.
Integrating Threat Management to Improve Reliability & Integrity -Henry Vila
As industries in the natural resources sector evolve, a new approach to threat management is emerging. Gone are the days when risk management was a function only performed by the Health and Safety teams and driven by compliance requirements. In this presentation Henry will discuss some of the challenges currently faced by the industry and how an integrated approach to threat management can improve reliability and integrity management.
