Asset Management Standard Update, Peter Kohler
Peter Kohler represented the Asset Management Council on working group PC 251 for the development of the new ISO 55000 series Asset Management standard. This standard is expected to be released in November 2013. Peter will provide an update on the content and application of the standard. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the Asset Management Standard.
Risk Management Using Bow Tie Methodology, Dunstan Netto
The bow tie methodology is extensively used in various major hazard facilities to assess and manage risk. This presentation will look at some of the leading developments in Risk Management.
Capital Investment Decision Making, Aneurin Hughes
The presentation will describe the processes involved in capital investment decision-making from the identification of needs, demand assessment, stakeholder management, options analysis, business case development, project prioritisation. It will highlight examples of good practice. The presentation will also discuss the requirements of ISO55000 in relation to planning for assets, and possible matters to consider in the Asset Management Landscape
