Last night, Melbourne Chapter members made their way to the Hotel Grand Chancellor in the CBD for a technical session to explore asset management accountability. Asset Management is a core business capability, which requires active and participative engagement across the organisation. Leadership and culture are pivotal to set and sustain behaviours for success, asset management culture and leadership is a shared accountability function. An understanding of accountability drives business success, asset management accountability was explored in an interactive presentation and discussion facilitated by Nicholas Phillips.
