AMCouncil AMBoK Team Member, Martin Kerr, represented the Asset Management Council at the ISO TC251 (ISO5500x) committee meeting in Amersfoort, The Netherlands 22nd to 26th October 2018.
TC251 is a technical committee (TC) that looks after the ISO55xxx suite of documents. The committee is made up of several working groups, one of which is looking at Communications and Marketing under the auspice of Working Group 3, WG3.
The AMCouncil is delighted to announce that Toby Horstead has been appointed to the Engineers Australia infrastructure Advisory Panel as the AMCouncil representative. Toby Horstead is a Director on the AMCouncil Board and is the liaison contact for the AMCouncil and iNSW Strategic partnership.

GSMR is one of the members of the GFMAM (http://www.gfmam.org) of which the AMCouncil is also a member.
The annual conference of GSMR is MAINTCON and will be held 25th to 28th November in Bahrain.

AMCouncil is represented at the IEC QR-005 Dependability Standards Project Committee by Jim Kennedy, AMCouncil Executive Commissioner, Sensi and member of the AMBoK team.
