GHD’s Brenton Marshall will be discussing the Water Services Association of Australia’s recent AM Performance Improvement Project. Utilising the Aquamark assessment tool, over 40 utilities from Australia, New Zealand and North America reviewed their performance to identify key areas for improvement. The structure of the AM review will be explored, including the principal process areas and measures and the role of benchmarking in driving improvement.
About the speaker
Brenton is GHD’s Service Line Leader for Asset Management. He has extensive asset management knowledge and has worked on many projects including asset management planning, improvement strategies and financial modeling. Brenton’s wide-ranging experience includes involvement in water, wastewater, irrigation, hydro-electricity, gas, electricity, parks and gardens, roads, rail and buildings projects in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.
Attendance is worth up to 1.5 Engineers Australia CPD hours.
